The company Billon G&G Group sh.k.p exercises its activity in the field of Real Estate, (Real Estate Agency), ensuring the respect, guarantee, and protection of personal data, for every category of subjects, such as clients, agents, employees, according to Law No. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 "On the protection of personal data", amended.

  The legal processing of personal data is done by respecting and guaranteeing the fundamental human rights and freedoms, provided for in the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, in Law No. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 "On the protection of personal data", as amended, and other by-laws in force.

Agency Billion G&G Group maintains, stores and processes personal data, according to the fulfillment of obligations and contracts between parties, and third parties.

The data is kept safe, complete and updated according to the provisions of Law No. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 "On the protection of personal data", as amended.

Each site visitor gives consent, and the collected data is stored and processed according to the provisions of the legislation in force.

Persons who access personal data at the Billion G&G Group Agency are trained, and have signed the confidentiality statement.

Processors and persons who are made aware of the data processed by the Billion G&G Group Agency, during the exercise of their functions, are obliged to maintain confidentiality and reliability even after the end of the function.

These data are not disseminated, except in the cases provided by law.
